I have made an overpayment

Unfortunatey,  it is our policy to not refund overpayments but to instead to hold the funds as credit which will be displayed within your client area.

In cases where credit has been added due to having more than one subscription setup, we recommend that you cancal your subscription and allow your hosting invoices be paid for using your credit instead.

Credit may also be used as payment towards any of our services.

We would like to remind clients that we have no access to our clients paypal accounts and that we can NOT simply take their money.  Having multiple subscriptions setup is a result of the account holders own actions.  Where a subscription is already in place and active, the client may simply save their invoice and allow paypal to send us their payment automatically.  No further actions should be taken.
