Restoring A Backup

Master resellers are now able to restore/migrate cpanel backups via the Master Reseller CP panel which can be accessed via cpanel.

Step 1)  Login to your master reseller cpanel account and upload the backup file to the Home Directory of your Legacy file manager.

Step 2) Login to your Master Reseller CP area and go to Settings > Account Restore Tool.  The backup file should now appear within the menu.  Simply select the file required and upload it.

NOTE: you can only restore or migrate an account that doesnt already exist on the server.  If it is an existing account you must terminate it before you can use this tool.
