To request that we transfer your existing cpanel account to our server, please contacy support with the following:
- access details to the acount that you wish to be moved
- access details to your new account
- details of any databases that also require moving
NOTE: We do not promise that all transfers will be possible or trouble free. Some transfers will require the database to be reconnected to the main site in order for it to function. We will help with this to the best of our ability, but again, make no promise that we can complete this in all cases.
